This 75-80 degree weather is so wonderful. More sitting on the porch. I feel like I should be doing something, then I think, heck I worked 35 years, now I deserve to just sit if I want. I might have stayed in bed a little later today but all of a sudden I heard this noise that almost knocked me out of bed. The city has a crew of people who go around and trim the trees off the electric lines and then they push all the limbs into a chipper. Ever sat right next to a truck chipper????? Gosh what a noise. They sure thinned out my really good shade tree that shades the house from the rising sun. My poor tree was so thick and pretty. I said WAS.
What is with the President and his admin? Today I hear they let thousands of illegals, that they had caught and were going to trial, GO. (He is desperate for the Mexican vote). They are not going to give some of our military overseas a chance to vote. Obama wants to be a celebrity, wants to vacation and fly around in AF1. He doesn’t care about the average person unless they are clapping for him and wanting to shake his hand. Do you think the people who voted for him are really happy with what he hasn’t done so far? Every day it is something else. This administration and congress just do as they please. Someone needs to stand up and say “we are mad as hell and aren’t going to take it anymore”.
You know seniors don’t need to have to worry about their medicals, their doctors, their money, their country! I have really excellent health care and retirement but there are so many who don’t.
