Pour a can of Coca-Cola
* In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.* You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.
* To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.
* To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a crumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.
* To clean corrosion from car battery terminals. Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
* To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
* To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, Remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.
* To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, And run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.
FYI:
* The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its Ph is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days. * To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous material place cards reserved for Highly corrosive materials.
* The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years

This is why I gave up soda last year. I figured if it can clear corrosion off of my car battery, there is NO way that it's good to put my body through it!
wow and im drinking one right now......lol
I knew I shouldn't have clicked on this!! ;) I drink coke!! aghhh...very interesting stuff here. Thank you.
My husband worked at an industrial plant with lots of machine oil around. I washed his jumpsuits with Coke - they came out clean! Makes you wonder what they do to your teeth, LOL!
Everything should have more than one purpose. However, something you drink and is not natural like lemons that has that much cleaning ability worries me. Oh well, I've always thought that Coke tastes like mold.
I used to drink a lot of diet coke! Then I did a little test and quit drinking it a month before a 16 mile mountain race (running). I ran so much better, and I haven't had any since, I don't really miss it either! I drink hot herb tea now, it's a lot healthier!
I was at the dentist's office last week and they had a chart of all of the levels of acid in each drink...
Coke has the most, but DIET coke is way less corrosive than Pepsi or Diet Pepsi which is very very high too.
