Avocado Green Blues
Well today was the demise of my Avocado Green Kenmore washing machine that matches my Avocado Green Kenmore dryer. They are somewhere around 30 years old and I guess I got my moneys worth. I know my dryer is going to miss its color twin but I am one of those old fashioned people who keep using things as long as they work, no matter the color or age. I do know my replacement washer will never live that long - they don't make things as good as they used to. I guess one of these days I need to decide what to do with my 1967 Thunderbird that is in my garage. It does still run!
